How will I know my photos are ready?

You'll be emailed once to confirm we've received your photos, and once again as soon as they're complete.

How long are my photos stored for in my portal?

Completed sets of images are never deleted from your account.

What format do I send my photos?

We need your photos as JPG or PNG files between 1-20mb. This is plenty of resolution for both web use and printing up to A3 size. Larger files will slow upload and download speeds without a visible increase in quality. Adjust your camera settings to reduce the file size or you can resize existing photos which are too large here

If your Floorplan to be converted is in PDF format, this will need to be converted to JPG before uploading, you can convert your file here

When will I be charged for the work?

Your account will be debited at the end of each month.

Will I retain copyright of my photos?

Yes.
